A huge thank you to East Hills E.M.S. for hosting a fantastic Business After Hours! The food was incredible, thanks to our friend Charlie Rimini from the Parkway Restaurant in Portage. A special moment of the evening was celebrating Lauren Bosley, one of the recipients of the Stork Award, for delivering a baby in the back of an ambulance. Tim Thomas also received the award but couldn’t be there. We are so thankful for the incredible care East Hills EMS provides to our community.

We celebrated the grand opening of the Cambria County Backpack Project’s new location at Garfield with a ribbon-cutting today. The new space was generously donated by the Greater Johnstown School District. Thank you to the CCBP team for their work to feed hungry children in our region and to the volunteers who help make it all happen. Congratulations!
